Pinecrest is a Miami community in southern Miami just south of Coral Gables. Known for its large plots of land and fine luxury real estate, Pinecrest has developed a reputation for having incredible gated communities and beautiful homes. Being a neighborhood within Miami, Pinecrest has the luxury of being relatively secluded and quiet, but not too far away from exciting and interesting place in Miami. When people think of Pinecrest homes, they usually picture gated homes with beautiful long driveways and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. While this visualization is correct about many properties but Pinecrest also has condos, villas and gated home communities.

Pinecrest homes include seven-bedroom - eight bathroom mansions with long driveways and gated entrances with up to 9,000 square feet of living space on acres of land. Pinecrest also has gated communities with incredibly luxurious waterfront property, most notably of which is Deering Estates. Pinecrest may not be the condo-haven that Miami Beach and Downtown Miami are, but they still have luxury condos with all the amenities and features one would find in a high-end South Beach condo or Downtown Miami condo. Pinecrest’s southerly location and distance from the hustle and bustle of Miami, means that property is relatively less expensive in this area which creates more opportunity for ownership.
