After successfully completing several advanced level courses, he was awarded the Certified International Property Specialist designation. As a CIPS, Carl is trained to handle international transactions for both inbound and outbound clients. Whether the transaction is a purchase or sale, commercial or residential, he does everything he can to make the real estate transfer process as smooth as possible.
